Birketts has advised Bliss Hotels Limited on the £10m plus purchase of a multi-use property in North West England. The property benefits from occupational tenants including a casino, hotel and restaurant. The 4* Hotel, which is operated by Bliss Hotels, anchors the scheme and has just been awarded Liverpool City Region ‘Hotel of the Year 2017’.
Bliss Hotels is the latest venture from Bliss Investment Partners, and is focused on developing superior bespoke hotel offerings in key regional locations. This acquisition consolidates Bliss Hotels’ hotel offering while also providing alternative revenue streams via the tenanted casino and restaurant and enabling Bliss to work up plans for the launch of a new vibrant, multi-faceted leisure based destination in what is surely one of the finest coastal locations in the country.
