Each of the firm’s business areas has its own dedicated Talent Management Framework, providing clarity and transparency to the skills-based and behavioural competencies expected at each career level. Each framework details the learning and development opportunities available at each stage of an individuals’ career. This is supported by our Learning Management System which hosts a range of bitesize training modules that are regularly updated and easily accessible.
Birketts is also dedicated to enhancing learning through sector specific training courses. To date, over 125 individuals have undertaken professional development qualifications that have been supported by us.

Our flagship ‘Emerging Leaders’ programme is available to senior associates and business services managers across the firm, and is designed for those who are looking to take the next step into leadership.
