Where the degree qualification they are seeking to rely on was obtained from a university outside of the UK, applicants are also required to submit verification of that qualification to affirm that it was taught at a standard equivalent to British education institutions. Notably this verification is required where an individual is claiming points for their PhD qualification or are required to evidence their English language proficiency.
Due to the UK leaving the European Union, the UK NARIC national agency function naric.org.uk is now UK ENIC www.enic.org.uk – managed by Ecctis www.ecctis.com. All services operate as before. Individuals can use the Ecctis website to apply for Visas & Nationality and Industry Skills Statements. Previous NARIC users can continue to use their existing account and login details; they do not need to re-register.
