Gender Pay Gap Reporting – what to do and how to do it

Public and private sector employers with 250 or more employees are required to comply with a new legal requirement to report details of their gender pay gap.

Detailed regulations set out how the calculations must be carried out and what should be included in the report, with a deadline of 30 March 2018 for public sector employers and 4 April 2018 for private sector employers to publish the results.
