Josie is a Solicitor in the employment team based in Sevenoaks. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2025 following the successful completion of her training contract with Birketts.
Josie advises both employers and employees, including clients in the education sector, on a range of employment law and HR matters. Her experience includes advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and restructuring exercises, settlement agreements, and Employment Tribunal claims.
Josie also prepares and delivers internal and client updates on current employment law developments, including areas such as menopause and the use of AI in HR processes. She has provided comment to HR press publications on unfair dismissal claims and related case law developments.
