The public sector team at Birketts has been appointed to the new Orbis Legal Services Framework.
The Orbis Legal Services Framework is a public sector partnership between Surrey County Council, East Sussex County Council, and Brighton & Hove City Council. West Sussex County Council is a collaborative framework partner.
Running for three years with a possible one-year extension, the framework is available for all local authorities within their geographical remit.
Showcasing, Birketts’ public sector leadership and range of services to the public sector, the firm has been appointed to the following Lots:
- Lot 3: Legal Services for SEN Tribunals & Education
- Lot 4: Legal Services for Commercial Law, Contracts & Procurement, Telecoms & IT Law, Construction Law
- Lot 5 a: FOI GDPR Information Law
- Lot 6 a: Highways, Planning and Environment
- Lot 6 b: Property and Housing
- Lot 7 a: Employment
- Lot 7 b: Civil, Criminal, Environmental Health, Licencing & Housing, and Contentious Construction
