Birketts secures Customer Service Excellence accreditation

Birketts, a UK Top 50 law firm, has secured the Customer Service Excellence accreditation in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet Office’s Customer Service Excellence Standard.
Customer Service Excellence is a national quality mark that seeks to recognise organisations that have a truly customer-focused culture. Certification is achieved through a rigorous assessment process including a review of documents submitted to an impartial assessor, which demonstrate compliance against each element of the standard, an on-site visit, and in-depth interviews with a sample of clients and colleagues.
Birketts was commended for its understanding of the critical importance, and the role, that client care plays in enabling the firm to meet its objectives. The clear links between the firm’s vision and mission, the strategic and team/department plans and the desire to provide excellent client care were also highlighted as one of Birketts’ key strengths.
