Birketts secures sale of Talbot Timber Ltd

Birketts has advised the owners on the sale of the family owned business Talbot Timber Ltd to LBS Holdings (UK) Limited in a multi-million pound deal.
Headquartered in Pembroke Dock, West Wales, Talbot Timber has become a leading independent manufacturer of roof trusses and engineered joists, timber and builders merchants.
Birketts advised the Kiff family on all legal matters with James Austin leading the team, closely assisted by Sarah Lewis on the Corporate side. Additional support was provided by Stacy Aspden (Property) and Carol Bun (Tax).
