Re-appointment to £30 million legal framework panel

We are delighted to announce our re-appointment to the Housing Associations’ Legal Alliance (HALA) framework panel to deliver legal services in the areas of housing management and newly appointed for property work.
We will work in collaboration with other legal providers on the panel to support HALA’s members consisting of more than 35 housing associations.
The framework was originally set up in 2010 by Kennedy Cater and is now estimated to be worth £30million, nearly five times its existing framework.
The framework commences on 1 September and will run for a term of four years.
