Katrina joined Birketts in July 2018 as a Senior Associate in our Construction and Engineering Team. She qualified as a Solicitor in April 2010.

Katrina specialises in non-contentious construction matters, acting for a wide range of clients including employers, developers, main contractors, sub-contractors and professionals. She regularly advises on construction documents including industry standard and bespoke forms of building contracts, appointments, warranties and deeds of novation and is able to draw from her experience on secondment working in-house for a national contractor.

Having previously worked in a combined construction and real estate role, Katrina also has great experience in advising on construction aspects of real estate transactions. 

Katrina is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
