Andrew qualified as a Solicitor in 1991. He is a Partner and Head of Housing Management with over 30 years’ experience specialising all aspects of housing management litigation.
He acts for registered providers, stock transfer organisations, local authorities and fully mutual housing cooperatives. Andrew’s practice often includes complex or high-profile cases. An advocate with a particular interest in ASB issues, policy, drafting, and training, Andrew was appointed to sit as a Deputy District Judge in 2006 and was an independent board member of a large-scale voluntary transfer housing association for 9 years until September 2018. He was a member of the Law Society’s Housing Law Committee for 10 years until 2016.
Andrew has been an Honorary Legal Adviser for both Sydenham and Bromley branches of the CAB for over 30 years.
