
Andrew joined Birketts in 2025 as a Professional Support Lawyer in the real estate division.
He was for many years a Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer at Trowers & Hamlins based in London and before that was a real estate transactional lawyer based in Bristol.
Andrew divides his time between delivering training and best practice support to the real estate division alongside maintaining precedent content and current awareness materials.
Andrew is able to draw on considerable experience of commercial landlord and tenant and commercial estate management work; insolvency; property development; landowner and promotion agreements; acquisitions and disposals and auctions; assets of community value; town and village greens; telecommunications; energy and utilities.
