Daisy was admitted as a Chartered Legal Executive in January 2020 before cross qualifying as a Solicitor in July 2020. Daisy joined Birketts in 2025.
Daisy advises individuals and their families on multiple aspects of private client work which includes succession planning, the drafting of flexible and tax efficient wills, trusts and lasting powers of attorney.
In addition, Daisy has acted for personal representatives in connection with the administration of estates with assets both domestically and internationally. Daisy is based in our Bristol office.
Recent work highlights
Acting for clients with a large family business and agricultural land to advise them on the mitigation of inheritance tax, the preparation of flexible tax efficient wills with accompanying letters of wishes, lasting powers of attorney and the gift of land into the business. When the client passed away, continuing the relationship to administer the client’s estate.
Completion of an estate administration which remained incomplete from 1983. This involved the successful application for a limited grant of representation where the original executor had also passed away, the sale of a dilapidated property with land at auction and reporting and settlement of the capital gains tax liability.
Acting for a personal representative to administer an estate in line with a court issued Tomlin Order. This involved working with multiple legal advisors and third parties both in the UK and Greece.
