Francesca Hollick

Francesca is a Senior Associate in our Court of Protection Team, based in our Sevenoaks office.
Francesca is a specialist in Court of Protection and related mental capacity matters, providing expert advice to individuals, attorneys, and Court-appointed deputies on the management of the financial affairs of clients who lack the mental capacity to make decisions independently. This includes adults and minors affected by traumatic brain injuries, learning disabilities, and various health conditions requiring later-life care.
Francesca handles a wide range of applications to the Court of Protection, including the appointment of deputies, statutory will applications, appointment of replacement trustees, and specific authorities such as gifts. She also assists in preparing and managing clients’ property and financial affairs under both Enduring Powers of Attorney and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as the preparation and management of trusts, particularly Personal Injury Trusts.

2013 – 2025 asb Law/Knights/CL Medilaw – Over ten years experience in Court of Protection law supporting vulnerable clients and their families across the South East and London.
2011 – 2013 College of Law Legal Practice Course – part time basis, commendation.
2008 – 2011 Brighton University – Law with Business, first class honors.
