Hayley is an Associate in Birketts’ private wealth disputes team working primarily out of the Bristol office.
Hayley has varied experience in contentious probate, advising private clients and charities on matters such as claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, will validity, proprietary estoppel, and executor/trust disputes.
