Jade Hawksworth is an Associate in Birketts’ residential development team.
She advises a range of national house builders, regional developers, and landowners in all aspects of development work. She is recognised for her collaborative approach and providing clear and practical legal solutions that support clients throughout the development process.
Jade has experience in option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, acquisitions and disposals of development land, sub-sales, and development finance. She also advises on refinancing property portfolios and secured lending.
Jade is Immediate Past Chair of Women in Property (Solent) and Head of the Legal and Conveyancing Advisory Group at Women in Residential Property. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within the property and construction sectors, championing initiatives that create greater leadership opportunities for women and foster a more representative industry.
