Jasmine joined Birketts as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023. Jasmine is currently completing her fourth seat with the Agriculture & Estates Team in our Sevenoaks office.
Jasmine has returned to the Agriculture and Estates Team where she completed her first seat. Jasmine assists the team with the acquisition and disposal of farms and rural property, specialised agricultural leases and general estate management.
Jasmine completed her second seat with the Commercial Real Estate Team assisting with commercial real estate finance work and commercial Landlord and Tenant matters.
Jasmine gained experience in residential conveyancing whilst working for a high street law firm. In this time, Jasmine assisted with all aspects of the conveyancing process. Throughout her years studying, Jasmine completed various internships with land and property experts gaining experience in agriculture and landed estates. Jasmine assisted with the preparation of Farm Business Tenancies, Grazing Licences and planning applications.
