Krishma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 and joined Birketts in December 2020. She is a Senior Associate in our Immigration Team, based in our London office.

Krishma has extensive experience in corporate immigration matters and supports corporate clients obtain sponsor licences and their employees to obtain their visas. She also has experience in advising businesses to ensure her clients understand their compliance obligations.

Krishma is also experienced in advising high network individuals on a number of personal immigration matters some of which have been complex in nature. These applications include, establishing an innovative business in the UK, family visa applications, settlement applications, naturalisation applications, advising EU Nationals and has experience advised clients on making applications outside of the Immigration Rules. 

Krishma has been recognised by businesses and individuals for providing tailored advice and offering pragmatic solutions to ensure her clients objectives are met.
