
Rebecca has been assisting the Exeter Diocesan Registrar, Alison Stock, since September 2022.
She assists Alison in all areas of Ecclesiastical law but particularly property and charity law. This is where her interests lie and brings with it a diverse and interesting case load.
Rebecca initially qualified as a family law Solicitor in 2021 and prior to qualification she worked in property law and at a Crown Court.
Rebecca is based in our Bristol office but is lucky to live in Exeter, Devon.

Assisting with an emergency application for an exhumation.
Applying successfully for first registration of Church property where there were no deeds.
Advising the Bishop during a clergy discipline matter.
Experience & education
Rebecca undertook her law degree at the University of Reading and graduated in 2014.
Rebecca completed the Legal Practice Course with a Master’s degree in Law at the University of Law Bristol in 2017.
Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in 2021.
