Rhodri joined Birketts from the London office of a US based firm and is a Legal Director in our commercial real estate team, based in London.
Rhodri advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate and has previously acted for landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders.
In particular, Rhodri has most recently acted for pension funds and overseas based investment funds on both development and investment related matters.
Rhodri also has experience drafting and reviewing construction documents, including building contracts, consultants’ appointments and collateral warranties.
Recent work highlights
Rhodri has most recently advised a family office on the acquisition and financing of a mixed use portfolio in North London for c. £65m.
Rhodri has also acted on the disposal of a number of commercial properties on behalf of a pension fund for in excess of £50m.
