Sofia joined Birketts in June 2021 and is a Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate Team, based in our London office.
Sofia joined Birketts on qualification having completed her training in-house with a well-known commercial retail chain in London and within private practice at a large regional law firm.
Sofia’s previous experience centres on Commercial Property matters but also entails undertaking work in matters of a litigious nature including general dispute resolution, residential litigation and commercial real estate litigation. Sofia has experience in commercial asset management having been involved in wide-scale portfolio management of various mixed-use premises including landlord and tenant work, lease negotiations and renewals, sub-tenancies and franchise arrangements, terminations, and more.
