Sophie is a Paralegal in Birketts’ Social Housing Team, based in the Sevenoaks office and occasionally working from the London office. She joined the firm in April 2025, initially working in the Residential Real Estate Team.
In her previous role, Sophie managed a wide range of freehold and leasehold property transactions throughout the conveyancing process. She now applies those transferable skills to her current role, where she focuses primarily on disrepair matters while also assisting with a variety of housing management issues.
Sophie holds a degree in Criminology from the University of Liverpool and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law. She plans to qualify as a Solicitor by undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) in the near future.
