Stella Omoniyi

Stella joined Birketts in September 2024 as a Solicitor in the Social Housing Team. Stella is primarily based in our Sevenoaks office.

Stella has experience working with one of the G15 housing association where she dealt with variety of housing related issues particularly disrepair, anti-social behaviour to include ex-parte injunctions, all grounds of possessions, boundary disputes, forfeiture matters and service charges queries.

Stella supports the team in advising registered providers and social landlords on a broad range of hosing related issues.

Recent work highlights

Successfully obtained various ex-parte injunctions and final injunction orders on matters relating to anti-social behaviours.

Successfully via various applications obtained unpaid service charges from leaseholders.

Successfully obtained forthwith possession orders.
