Birketts’ Viticulture Team comprises more than 15 lawyers operating from our offices in the East of England, the South East and London, and is one of the UK’s only legal teams dedicated to wine production.
Our team brings together lawyers with a wide range of professional and life experience, including lawyers from farming backgrounds, those with experience in commercial development, residential transactions, mines and minerals and agricultural tenancy disputes.
The team also includes lawyers who specialise in employment, health and safety, immigration, corporate, licensing and natural capital.
