Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Payment
You are entering into an agreement (“Agreement”) in order to attend an event with Birketts LLP (“Birketts”), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under Registration Number OC317545. The registered office is Providence House, 141-145 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1QJ.
The firm’s Value Added Tax Identification Number is 102 0243 51.
It is a condition of attendance that the workshop or event fee has been pre-paid. Your booking will be confirmed by email within five working days of our receiving confirmation of your completed booking form and payment.
Substitutions or cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event, will not receive any refund. However, substitute delegates can be accepted at no extra charge.
Payment can only be made online using a credit or debit card.
Discounts offered on our workshops and events are given at our discretion. Discount codes can be obtained from your usual Birketts adviser. They are not transferable, and cannot be used with any other offer or discount. We reserve the right to withdraw a discount at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel events, change venues (within the same town or city) and substitute speakers at our discretion. Where events are cancelled by Birketts, delegates will receive a full refund if alternative dates offered are not acceptable.
