Birketts selects Peppermint Technology Case and Matter Management

Birketts has selected Peppermint Technology to deliver the Peppermint CX365 Case and Matter Management module to help support consistent working practices across the firm and improve client experience.

Given the need to replace their legacy case and matter management solution, Birketts were looking for a solution that would complement their broader investment in Microsoft technology, including Office 365, and introduce digital services that meet client expectations of modern service delivery.

Part of the Peppermint CX365 platform, Peppermint Technology’s Case and Matter Management solution will enable Birketts to deliver consistency in working practices across the business through the use of automated workflows and templates. The solution is built on Microsoft cloud technology enabling native integration with Office 365, including Outlook, and will also be fully integrated with their existing iManage system in order to create fully digital matter folders for all work types across the business. Peppermint CX365 also supports the modern workplace strategy by enabling partners to securely access services anywhere, anytime, from any smart device.
