Elif is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in our Telecommunications Team providing pragmatic advice to landowners on telecoms related property matters.
Our team only acts for landowners, not the mobile phone companies and we have extensive experience in the sector.
Elif regularly advises on matters such as:
- Code rights;
- New leases and lease renewals;
- Evictions of phone masts;
- Wayleave agreements;
Our team advises landowners nationwide.
Elif has experience with dealing with each of the mobile network operators and she takes pride in ensuring that she keeps up with the latest developments in this fast paced area of law.
Elif speaks Turkish as a second language.
Elif graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of Essex in July 2022.
During her time at the University of Essex she was voted as the Vice President of the Law Society, organising events for students.
In her spare time, Elif enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
