Hannah is a Solicitor in our Residential Real Estate Team working exclusively within the enfranchisement practice.
Hannah joined Birketts in 2018 and acts for landlords and tenants in connection with voluntary and statutory lease extensions.
Hannah also assists the enfranchisement practice in connection with a wide range of landlord and tenant enfranchisement matters from freehold acquisitions under collective enfranchisement rights to landlords who wish to dispose of their block of flats and need to observe the right of refusal.
Hannah enjoys the challenge that comes with her area of specialism, in particular explaining the intricacies of this niche area of law and helping her clients navigate the complexities. Hannah is technical and client focused striving to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients in line with their specific requirements.
Hannah has undertaken various volunteer positions including providing support and advice to refugees and asylum seekers. Her love for volunteering has previously taken her to Morocco to refurbish a school and mentor young children.
Hannah is based in our Norwich office.
She qualified as a Solicitor in June 2022.
Hannah is on maternity leave.

In her spare time Hannah enjoys exploring the Norfolk countryside with her puppy and her fiancé. She is also a keen baker and loves to experiment with new recipes and different flavours.
