Lucy Bullen-Bell

Lucy joined Birketts in June 2022 as a Paralegal in our Employment Team and is currently based in our Ipswich office. Lucy assists the Employment Team on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters for both employers and employees including employment contracts, settlement agreements, managing sickness absence, employment tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues and redundancy.
Lucy graduated from the University of East Anglia (UEA) with a 2:1 degree in Law in July 2022 where she completed electives in Employment Law, Family Law, Competition Law, Medical Law, Intellectual Property and Crime and Sentencing Law.
Whilst at university Lucy was a member of UEA’s Law Society where she participated in Client Interviewing competitions and a wide range of events hosted by the UEA Law Society and employability team.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys socialising with friends and family, cooking and staying active.
