Meena Gupta

Meena qualified as a Solicitor in 1991 and is a Salaried Partner in our Property Disputes Team. Meena has over 25 years’ experience advising commercial clients on a wide range of issues including commercial litigation, employment, company commercial matters, partnership disputes, contractual disputes, unfair prejudice claims and commercial property matters.

She is an experienced negotiator and applies her skills and experience in mitigating against the risks of litigation. She also acts for clients in the healthcare sector including GPs, dentists, pharmacists and nursing homes.

She is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
