The Property Disputes Team specialise in disputes arising out of the landlord and tenant relationship, lease renewals and rent reviews.

Alongside dealing with disputes the Team also advise on protecting interests in land owned by third parties or provide strategic advice to developers who are considering acquiring a site for development.

The Team can provide advice on other property related matters including planning, licensing, judicial review, compulsory purchase, public rights of way, common land and village greens.
