Natasha Thompson

Natasha joined Birketts in September 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2023 into our Family Team, based in our Chelmsford office.

During her training contract Natasha sat with four teams within the firm, those being: Employment, Commercial Property SIPPs, Private Client Advisory and Family. Throughout this time, Natasha has been able to pick up a number of skills, including drafting and advising.

Natasha volunteers with Suffolk Law Centre and Chelmsford Citizens Advice, offering legal advice on a pro-bono basis to help local people tackle their legal challenges. Natasha also volunteers for Barnardo’s.

Natasha is a member of Resolution.

Natasha graduated from the University of Law with a distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.

Before changing career into law, Natasha worked on Government policy at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and the Department for Education.
