Rowena qualified as a Solicitor into our international private client team in 2023 and she is a member of our US/UK private client services team.
Rowena assists the team in providing a breadth of private client advice on a combination of domestic and international matters for international families, professional advisers, and trust companies. The team provides residence and domicile advice for clients moving to the UK, as well as lifetime tax and estate planning, and advice for offshore trusts and private individuals with multi-jurisdictional estates.

Preparation of cross-border Wills for high-net-worth individuals with estates comprising of both domestic and international assets.
Cross-border estate tax planning for UK-resident US citizens, including mixed UK/US couples, and the tax implications of US trusts.
Providing analysis and advice to offshore trustees on the implications of an incapacitated settlor on investment provisions.
