Our experts actively participate in specific sectors groups covering strategic land, and business investors which provides our advisors with knowledge and insight into the issues encountered by landowners and business owners.
As well as providing strategic tax advice, our Tax Team offers tax compliance services including the preparation of 60 day CGT returns, CGT holdover relief elections, complex SDLT returns, ATED returns and annual personal tax returns.
The team also undertakes tax audits for individuals and where applicable, assist taxpayers regularise their tax affairs with HMRC (including assistance with the use of available disclosure facilities), and deal with HMRC tax enquiries. Our advice and assistance also extends to individuals with cross border interests and tax issues arising from the replacement of the non-domiciled tax regime. In conjunction with our International Tax Team we offer tax audits for those individuals as well as strategic planning advice and associated tax compliance services.
Given the specialisms within the team we also provide tax support services to accountancy firms and other law firms.
