Sara qualified as a Solicitor in September 2018. She joined Birketts in October 2021 and is an Immigration Solicitor within our Immigration Team, based in our London office.
Sara is well known for building strong client relationships and assisting clients with finding solutions in line with their specific objectives.
Sara has extensive immigration experience and specialises in both corporate and private immigration matters, including but not limited to providing high level tailored advice for applications under Tier 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Points Based System, Spousal Visa applications, UK Ancestry, Turkish Worker Visa applications, Sponsor Licence applications including advising on sponsor compliance obligations, entry clearance and further leave to remain applications, applications for indefinite leave to remain under various immigration categories, and applications to naturalise as a British Citizen. Sara also has experience in providing advice to clients on Immigration applications outside of the Immigration Rules, including appeals and judicial reviews as well as providing advice and assistance to EU nationals as a result of Brexit in order to help secure their status in the UK.
Sara has built up a strong reputation for her expertise and knowledge and has experience of working with clients from numerous sectors, including multinational corporations, high net worth individuals and IT and Tech companies.
Sara has also been involved in holding Legal Clinics at Universities, whereby she assisted both students as well as members of the public attending the clinic during drop in hours, with their immigration queries by providing practical and technical advice.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys travelling, baking (as a result of a lockdown developed hobby!) and spending time with friends and family.
