28 March saw the return of Birketts’ Builder’s Breakfast event, hosted by our Housebuilder Team in Chelmsford, and held at Writtle College.
It was fantastic to see so many turn out for what is an increasingly popular event for those involved in the Housebuilder Industry.
We were pleased to welcome back our regular attendees as well as to see so many new faces.
A huge thanks to our guest speakers
Lydia McLaren – Associate Director in Savills Residential Research team who provided a very useful housing market and development update focusing in particular on regional development in Essex, as well as a forecast for the next five years; and
David Edwards – Strategic Advisor at Broadland District Council and South Norfolk Council who gave a very informative presentation regarding Nutrient Neutrality, Environment Mitigation and Credits for Housing Development.
