Amanda Smallcombe joins Birketts’ Private Wealth Disputes Team

UK Top 50 law firm Birketts has welcomed Amanda Smallcombe to its Private Wealth Disputes Team as a Partner.
Amanda’s experience includes conducting claims concerning the validity of Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, claims for breach of trust by executors and trustees including applications for their removal and replacement, advising on estate and trust administration and claims in estoppel and for resulting/constructive trusts and claims under TOLATA.
Based in Chelmsford and joining Birketts from Birkett Long Solicitors, Amanda acts on behalf of claimants, defendants, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, litigation friends for minors and protected parties. She is also experienced in all areas of contentious and non-contentious Court of Protection, including applications for the appointment and removal of deputies and attorneys for property and financial affairs, health and welfare, statutory wills and authorisation of gifts.
