UK Top 50 law firm, Birketts, has advised insurance private equity investor B.P. Marsh on its £1,700,000 investment in Cameron Speciality.
London-based Cameron Speciality is an Underwriting Agency specialising in commercial and residential property.
The investment involved a group reorganisation, share purchase and a secured loan facility.
The Birketts Corporate Team was led by Salim Somjee (Partner, Corporate), who joined the firm in May. He was supported by Will May (Solicitor, Corporate), Karl Pocock (Partner, Head of Corporate Tax), Ryan Smith (Solicitor, Corporate Tax) and Jennifer Banfield (Solicitor, Corporate).
