Will qualified as a Solicitor in March 2023. Will sits in our Corporate Team, working out of the London office. Before qualifying he joined Birketts as a Paralegal in early 2021, starting as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2021.
Will advises on various corporate matters. In particular, he assists clients with mergers & acquisitions, reorganisations and general company law, including constitutional matters, governance and director/shareholder rights.
As a Trainee Solicitor, Will spent time in our International Private Client Advisory Team, Corporate Team, and Housing Team. His time in Birketts’ different departments provided well-balanced exposure to our firm’s broad offering and valuable insight into our clients’ needs.
Prior to joining Birketts, Will spent 18 months as a Paralegal at a national firm.
Will achieved a Distinction on both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course (with MSc in Law, Business and Management) at the University of Law.
