UK Top 50 law firm, Birketts, has appointed Legal Director, Rachel Frost-Smith, as its new Head of Children.
A Children Arbitrator, Solicitor-Advocate, and a Resolution Accredited Specialist, Rachel has extensive experience in cases that involve safeguarding issues, parents struggling with mental ill health and addiction issues, and children with complex health needs and challenges. As Head of Children, Rachel is committed to fostering ideas and innovation amongst those who deal with children matters, working with others across Birketts’ family team alongside other professionals to support clients and their children holistically.
