Birketts has advised the owner of Future50 company, Zero Taxis, on the sale of the eco-friendly taxi firm to ABC Taxis.
Zero Taxis was founded by ex-RAF aircraft technician, Leon Davies and Ashley Peacock, and became Norfolk’s first 100% electric, 0% emissions taxi firm, handling local domestic routes, corporate bookings, airport and school runs.
The transaction was led by Ed Savory, with support from Shereen Semnani in Birketts’ Corporate Team.
Leon Davies, co-founder and director of Zero Taxis, commented: “Having got to know Ed and Birketts via the Future50 initiative I knew the sale was in very safe hands. Responsive, clear and commercially-minded advice is a rare commodity and I was thoroughly impressed throughout.”
