Birketts shortlisted for eight Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2023

Birketts’ Corporate Team has been shortlisted for eight awards in the Central & East Dealmakers Awards 2023.
The Awards feature the top professional advisory firms, banks, private equity firms and others in the central and eastern regions that have excelled in transactions over the course of the last 12 months.
The awards that the team has been shortlisted for include:
- Corporate Law Firm of the Year
- Corporate Lawyer of the Year – Greg Allan, Partner
- Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year – Sale of Sanctuary Personnel & Seven Resourcing to fund managed by Agilitas Private Equity
- Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year – Management Buy Out of London Drainage Facilities, backed by YFM Equity Partners
- International Deal of the Year – Acquisition of Stephen James Group by Hedin Automotive
- Deal of the Year (Sub £10m) – Investment in Cambrionix by Foresight East of England Fund
- Deal of the Year (£10m+) – Fundraise for Juuce Ltd (t/a EO Charging)
- Deal of the Year (£10m+) – Sale of HHB Communications to Midwich Group
