Birketts shortlisted for Health and Wellbeing Award

Birketts is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted in the prestigious Personnel Today Awards 2023.
Held annually, the Personnel Today Awards celebrate the very best achievements and innovations in HR and Learning and Development.
Birketts has been shortlisted in the ‘Health and Wellbeing Award – Smaller Employers’ category alongside six other employers. Birketts’ shortlist comes as a result of the firm’s continued focus on health and wellbeing initiatives, and most notably the firm’s THRIVE programme, which was introduced in 2020.
On being shortlisted, Martha Palk, HR Manager, said: “This recognition is testament to the culture of the firm and the ongoing support received by colleagues for our initiatives, including TRHIVE. Feedback from staff has been incredibly positive so far and shows that programme is having a positive impact. We aim to continue with this, providing additional support/resources where needed most, as well as helping to maintain and foster a culture of openness and support at all levels.
The Personnel Today Awards 2023 will take place on 21 November at Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
