Birketts Social Housing Team is reappointed to Orbit Group’s legal panel

After a competitive tender exercise, Birketts’ Social Housing Team is delighted to have been reappointed to Orbit Group’s legal panel. The panel consists of eight law firms and is set to run for an initial period of five years with the option to extend for a further year.
With over 46,000 affordable and social rent homes Orbit prides itself on providing high quality, safe and sustainable homes, while building thriving communities with long-term prospects.
As a law firm on the panel, Birketts will provide legal advice across a number of areas:
- Tenancy Services
- Construction and Development
- Property Asset Management
- Finance / Treasury
- Human Resources / Employment
- Governance and Corporate
