4 December 2025 – UK Top 50 law firm, Birketts, has welcomed experienced commercial real estate Partner Mark Li to the firm’s Bristol office.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in high value complex commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on development, infrastructure and investment projects. Mark’s expertise covers all aspects of landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and the sale and acquisition of freehold and leasehold property. He also has a specific interest in acting for infrastructure owners and developers in the transport and energy sectors.
Mark joins the firm’s rapidly expanding Bristol office and will lead the commercial real estate team in the region.
