Grace Kerr

Grace Kerr joined Birketts Essex Office in 2004 and leads the Real Estate Division and is a Partner in our Commercial Real Estate Team.

Specialising in strategic land transactions for landowners entering into promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts for the disposal of land for residential development, she undertakes all aspects of mainstream commercial property work and regularly advises owners and investors, providing commercial solutions to often complex matters. She also has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, funding and management of investment property. She also chairs our Responsible Business Committee.
