Grace Kerr

Grace leads the Real Estate Division. She joined our Essex office as a Partner in 2004 after 10 years’ commercial real estate experience with leading City law firms.
Grace undertakes all aspects of mainstream commercial property work and regularly advises owners and investors, providing commercial solutions to often complex matters. She also has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, funding and management of investment property. She specialises in strategic land transactions for landowners entering into promotion agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts for the disposal of land for residential development.
