Birketts welcomes a new Senior Associate to the Contentious Trusts and Probate Team

Birketts is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Senior Associate, Kate Harris, to its Tier 1 Contentious Trusts and Probate Team.
Legal 500 recommended lawyer, Kate, has a wealth of experience in will and trust disputes of all types and is a recognised expert in this highly specialised area of work.
Speaking of the appointment, Kate commented: “Birketts has a reputation as the stand out firm for dispute resolution expertise in the region and this, coupled with its position as the leading firm for client service, made it the clear choice for me. I am looking forward to working alongside talented colleagues and undertaking fresh challenges.”

Kate will be based primarily at our Cambridge office working closely with our colleagues at our Chelmsford, Ipswich, London and Norwich offices.
