UK Top 50 law firm Birketts is proud to have welcomed Paul Skelton to its Housebuilders sector group as Legal Director.
Paul qualified as a Solicitor in 1998 and has over 24 years’ experience of dealing with property, specialising in development site acquisitions and social housing for the last 18 years.
His main areas of work currently involve development site acquisitions for housing providers, and he has expertise in acting for registered social housing providers and affordable housing related matters. Paul has wide range of experience in dealing with development agreements, development leases, section 106 planning agreements, stock transfers, and general conveyancing and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Paul is based at our London office and joined the team in April.
