UK Top 50 law firm, Birketts, has welcomed a team of private client specialists to its rapidly expanding team in Bristol.
Led by Partner Caroline Alexander, the team includes Legal Director, Charlotte Coombs, Senior Associate, Daisy Taylor and Trainee Legal Executive, Georgie Lennan.
Caroline Alexander brings over 20 years’ experience in advising on the administration of high net worth and complex estates, often with international or contentious elements. She has specific expertise in national and international probate matters and advising administrators and owners of large landed estates. As a private wealth specialist, Caroline is also highly experienced in negotiating with HM Revenue & Customs on Inheritance Tax, including claims for Agricultural Property Relief, and Business Property Relief.
Charlotte Coombs, Daisy Taylor and Georgie Lennan have over 15 years’ experience between them. Having already previously worked together with Caroline as specialist private wealth advisors, they have expertise in working for clients seeking advice and guidance across a broad range of private client issues, including UK estate planning, succession matters and acting as independent administrators.
