Insider Media has named Birketts among the winners at its Central & East Dealmaker Awards for the fourth year running.
A fantastic 12 months for Birketts’ Corporate Team was capped with six nominations in five categories earlier this year, and now the team’s work with Alpha CRC on its European expansion has been chosen as the winner in the Deal of the Year (sub £10m) category. Birketts advised alongside Shawbrook Bank, Forward Corporate Finance and Moore Kingston Smith.
Alpha CRC employs over 360 people and operates across a variety of sectors including digital experience, technologies and gaming, operating from 16 offices in 14 countries. The judges commended the advisers on the complex deal, marking it as the winner for the transformational effect it will have on Alpha CRC’s growth. The impact of the deal was significant, creating further opportunities for employment internationally and strengthening Alpha CRC’s market position.
